This policy explains how Pet Tracker handles information. The Application is designed to help users organize pet care activity while keeping pet profiles, activity logs, statistics, and notes locally on the user’s device.
Pet profiles, activity logs, charts, durations, and notes are intended to remain on the user’s device.

This Privacy Policy applies to the Pet Tracker mobile application, referred to in this Policy as the “Application”. The Application was created by MAXI CONSULTING LTD, referred to in this Policy as the “Service Provider”, and is provided as a free service. The Application is intended for use “AS IS”.
The Application helps users organize pet care activity, including pet profiles, walks, play time, training, grooming, activity duration, care notes, and statistics. The Service Provider does not collect, request, transmit, sell, or store personal information from users on external servers.

Information Collection and Use
The Application does not collect personal information when you download or use it. Registration is not required, and users are not asked to create an account.
Information entered by the user, such as pet names, pet activity records, durations, notes, statistics, and charts, is intended for local use inside the Application. This information remains on the user’s device and is not sent to the Service Provider.

The Application does not collect precise real-time location information or approximate location information from your mobile device.

Third-Party Access and Data Sharing
Since the Application does not collect personal information, no personal data is shared with third parties. The Service Provider does not sell, rent, transfer, disclose, or provide user data to advertising networks, analytics providers, external platforms, or other third-party services.

Data Retention
The Service Provider does not retain user data because the Application does not collect or store personal information on external servers.
Any pet profiles, activity logs, statistics, charts, and notes created inside the Application remain locally on the user’s device. The Service Provider has no access to this information and does not maintain a copy of it.

Data Deletion
Because the Service Provider does not collect or store user data, there is no server-side personal data for the Service Provider to delete.
Users can delete locally stored Application data by clearing the Application data in their device settings or by uninstalling the Application. Removing the Application may delete locally stored pet profiles, activity logs, statistics, charts, and notes depending on the device and operating system settings.

Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all use of the Application at any time by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall process available on your mobile device or through the mobile application marketplace.

Children
The Application is not intended to knowingly solicit information from or market to children under the age of 13.
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. Parents and legal guardians are encouraged to monitor children’s device usage and to instruct children not to provide personally identifiable information through any application or service without permission.

The Service Provider takes privacy and data security seriously. However, because the Application does not collect, transmit, or store personal information on external servers, there is no user data held by the Service Provider that could be accessed by unauthorized individuals.
